    Chime Labs and AroFlo.

Chime answers the calls your field team cannot, captures the site and the scope, and writes the job into AroFlo ready to schedule.

    AroFlo + Chime

    What one call produces

    Chime
    Call

    Emergency make safe, retail site

    AroFlo

Task created against the client site

    Schedule

    Flagged urgent for the coordinator

    Illustrative view

The software is not the gap. The unanswered call is

AroFlo keeps field work organised. It still relies on someone being available to take the call and start the task.

On a busy site day, that person does not exist, and the work starts as a missed call instead of a job.

    What the connection does

    Inside AroFlo, day to day

    01

    Tasks and jobs from calls

Chime creates the AroFlo record with the client, the site and the description captured.

    02

    Site and client matching

Callers are matched to the right client and site so the history stays in one place.

    03

    Urgency flagged

Make safe and emergency work is flagged so the coordinator sees it first.

    04

    Field-ready detail

Access notes, contact on site and the fault description travel with the job.

    A record, not a message

What exactly lands in AroFlo when a call ends?

Most AI phone products end a call by sending someone a message: a text, an email or an enquiry sitting in an inbox for a coordinator to type up. Chime ends the call by putting the booking and the captured call details into AroFlo as a task, against the client and site the caller rang about.

    Client and site
The caller is identified against the right AroFlo client and site, so the record does not land in the wrong place.
    Task detail
The scope of work as described on the call, written into the task rather than summarised in an email.
    Access and contact
Site contact, after-hours entry and anything the tech needs to get on site.
    Urgency
Make safe and emergency work is flagged so it reaches the top of the coordinator’s list.
    Requested time
The time the caller needs the attendance, ready for the coordinator to schedule.

The alternative is a message someone re-keys later. A message is work still to do; a task on the client site is work already done.

    In practice

Field work that starts as a record, not a memory

The gap in field service is rarely the work. It is the handover between the call and the job.

Chime closes that gap by writing the record while the caller is still on the phone.
